All RSSO XII regular employees were gathered on 12-13 January 2021 at East Asia Royale Hotel, General Santos City for a follow-through to the 2021 Regional Planning Workshop (RPW) held in Avior Hotel, General Santos City last 21-23 December 2021. The workshop was aimed to orient/inform all employees of the 2021 Work Plan, instill awareness of the functions, responsibilities and roles of each employee in the implementation of the work plan, and inculcate the importance of team work in the attainment of goals/targets for CY 2021 to ensure successful implementation of the said work plan.
OIC Deputy National Statistician of CRCSO and PSA XII Regional Director Atty. Maqtahar L. Manulon, CESO V emphasized that the people in the region should spearhead regional operations and support the Provincial Offices. “We are the link between the Central Office and Provincial Offices and the voice of Provincial Offices to Central Office”, he added. He also reiterated that the employees should be dynamic, flexible and strategic thinker. Lastly, he mentioned that everyone is united to pursue and to achieve the targets that have been planned and everybody owns that plan including the COSWs; and recognize those strengths and contribution of each employee.
Meanwhile, the house rules was presented by Administrative Officer IV Charlene U. Cutillar and OIC Chief of SOCD, Ma. Eileen A. Berdeprado gave the overview and objective of the Sequel.
After which, the presentation of 2021 Calendar of Activities ensued. Senior Statistical Specialist Edward Donald F. Eloja presented the SOCD Activities and Statistical Specialist II Em L. Gayosa for CRASD. This was followed by the presentation of 2021 Workplan for PhilSys discussed by Ellison Parojinog.
On the 2nd day, the Statistical Operations and Coordination Division (SOCD) and Civil Registration and Administrative Support Division (CRASD) Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) for 2021 were presented. This was followed by the presentation of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) of each SOCD and CRASD personnel, respectively. Comments/suggestions were given after all the presentations.
The panel included RD Manulon, CRASD Chief Sittimazuin M. Hofileña and OIC-SOCD Ma. Eileen A. Berdeprado.
