Headline inflation rate or the year-on-year change on the prices of goods
and services in the market basket in the province of Sultan Kudarat
slowed down to 4.9 percent in October 2022 from 5.6 percent in
September 2022, lower than the regional and national levels. Inflation for
All items from January to October averaged at 4.8 percent.

Poverty Incidence of Families in Sultan Kudarat Province Drops to 23.8 Percent in 2021 from 24.3 Percent in 2018

Based on the preliminary estimates of the 2021 poverty statistics, poverty incidence of families in Sultan Kudarat Province dropped to 23.8 percent from 24.3 percnt in 2018. With a per capita poverty threshold of Php 25,295.00 in 2021, about 46,930 families were considered poor or have no sufficient income to meet their minimum basic food and non-food needs.

The headline inflation rate or the year-on-year change on the prices of goods and services in the market basket in the province of Sultan Kudarat increased to 6.92 from 5.2 percent in August 2022, lower than the regional and national levels. PSA-Sultan Kudarat Province Set to Launch the Printed electronic Philippine Identification (ePhilID)

The printed ePhilID is a digital version of PhilID that is printed on a piece of paper. It is part of the proactive strategy of the PSA to allow registrants to enjoy the benefits of being registered to PhilSys as well as providing immediate and improved access to more financial and social protection services while waiting for their physical PhilIDs. Its functionality is equivalent to the physical PhilID card.
