This 33rd-year celebration carries the theme "PSA @10: Providing Efficient and Effective Civil Registration and Vital Statistics through Digital Transformation. It was kicked off by a motorcade that was participated by 16 Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) and the City Civil Registry Office of Kidapawan, Cotabato on February 3, 2023.
