The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-Cotabato Provincial Statistical Office carried out the Quarterly client Satisfaction Measurement for the 1st Quarter (Q1 of 2025) at the Civil Registry System (CRS) outlet in Kidapawan City. The Client Satisfaction Measurement is the sixth in the series since the CRS Outlet opened on April 25, 2023.
