The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) XII announces the inauguration of the Koronadal City Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet on 27th of June 2022, 8:30 AM at PSA RSSO XII, JYSL Annex Building, Balmores St., Zone II, Koronadal City. Special
guests for the short program will include the National Statistician and Civil Registrar General Dr. Dennis S. Mapa, PhD, OIC Assistant National Statistician on Civil Registration Service Engr. Marizza B. Grande, Governor of South Cotabato Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr., Koronadal City Mayor Eliordo U. Ogena, Head of Operations Director of Unisys Edwin C. Angoluan, and NEDA XII Regional Director Teresita Socorro C. Ramos, CESO III. Also invited to witness the event are representatives from the regional line agencies, academe, and the private sector.

The CRS outlet will cater to clients on their need for civil registration documents in security paper for Certificate of Live Birth, Certificate of Marriage, Death Certificate and Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) including Advisory on Marriages for clients in Koronadal City and nearby cities, municipalities and provinces. The annotation services for R.A. 9048, 10172 and supplemental reports under Decentralized Copy Annotation Process (DeCAP) will also be available at the outlet.

The CRS Outlet in Koronadal City is the 49th in the Philippines. It will complement the services provided by the General Santos City CRS Outlet in SOCCSKSARGEN Region.
