The 1st Quarter Regional Management Conference (RMC) Meeting was conducted on 20-21 March 2023 at Ericta Hall, PSA RSSO XII, JYSL Annex Building, Balmores St., Zone II, Koronadal City. The meeting was presided by PSA XII Regional Director Atty. Maqtahar L. Manulon. It was attended by the Chief Statistical Specialists (CSS), Supervising Statistical Specialist (SSS), and other support staff. 

Among the items discussed were the updates from the 1st Quarter 2023 Directorate Meeting, Philsys Updates, Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Concerns which includes the Philsys Birth Registration Assistance Project (PBRAP), Certificate of Registration of Authority to Solemnize Marriage (CRASM), Decentralize Copy Annotation Process (DECAP) and Electronic Endorsement (EE) Status. Also tackled were concerns on BREQS and PhilCRIS, Civil Registration Service Operation, Statistical Operations Updates in particular with 2022 Census of Agriculture and Fisheries and Community-Based Monitoring System.

On the second day, items discussed were Administrative Concerns, Budget and Accounting Matters, and Human Resource Matters. 

Quarterly Meetings are conducted to discuss issues and concerns arising from the implementation of the various activities of the region to ensure smooth flow of operations during the year.
