In the relentless pursuit of our objective to comprehensively register every individual within the Province of Cotabato, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Cotabato Provincial Office has exemplified unwavering commitment and diligence. As of March 31, 2024, our efforts have yielded significant results, with 80.34% of the 2020 Census of Population and Housing (CPH) count, totalling 1,197,578 registrants, successfully enrolled in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys).

Our collaboration with the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) under the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has played a pivotal role in driving this surge in registrations. By strategically aligning our activities with the scheduled Family Development Sessions (FDS), we have been able to effectively reach previously unregistered beneficiaries and their dependents, including children below 5 years old. This initiative commenced in February 2024 and has proven instrumental in expanding our reach and impact. 

Through these concerted efforts, we are not only fulfilling our mandate to register every individual but also ensuring that the most vulnerable members of our community are included in this vital national program. Moving forward, we remain steadfast in our commitment to achieving universal coverage and facilitating access to essential services for all residents of Cotabato Province.
