The PSA Cotabato Province PhilSys field personnel have achieved a milestone, reaching an 83.54% registration rate based on the 2020 Census of Population and Housing (CPH) count, which translates to a total of 1,245,201 registrants as of June 30, 2024. This significant success is a testament to the relentless efforts and strategic planning of the team.

One of the key strategies implemented by the team was the inclusion of children below five years old in the registration process. Recognizing the importance of early registration, they ensured that even the youngest members of the community were registered. This effort was facilitated by targeted campaigns at daycare centers, where there was a high concentration of potential registrants. By focusing on these centers, the team could efficiently register large groups of children, contributing significantly to the overall registration numbers.

Furthermore, the team employed continuous mobile registration units to reach remote and underserved areas. These mobile units were essential in ensuring that residents who could not visit the fixed registration centers due to geographical or logistical challenges were still able to register for their National IDs. The mobile registration units traveled to various locations, providing convenient and accessible registration services to the community.

In addition to these efforts, the team also engaged in extensive community outreach and awareness programs. They conducted information campaigns to educate the public about the importance of the National ID and the registration process. These initiatives helped to build trust and encourage more people to register, further boosting the registration numbers.

Overall, the PSA Cotabato Province PhilSys field personnel's multifaceted approach and dedication have been instrumental in achieving this registration rate. Their commitment to inclusivity and accessibility has ensured that a vast majority of the population is now registered in the National ID system, paving the way for improved services and benefits for all citizens.
