In pursuit of the goal to register a total 1,246,432 individuals for the PhilSys step-2 registration in the year 2023, the PSA-Cotabato Provincial Office demonstrated unwavering commitment and diligence. As of December 31, 2023, 94.21% of the target, equivalent to 1,174,212 registrants, had been successfully enrolled under PhilSys. 
Navigating challenges posed by saturated municipalities, the PhilSys team exhibited exceptional dedication by collaborating with both private and government agencies. This collaborative effort was instrumental in achieving the registration target and ensuring the fulfilment of the project’s objectives. 
In response to the implementation guidelines provided by the Central Office, the PSA-Cotabato Province promptly formulated and executed comprehensive strategies to ensure the seamless execution of the PhilSys registration. These strategies encompass PhilSys on Wheels, mobile registration, institutional registration in remote barangays and ancestral domains, participation in public events such as job fairs, celebrations, and caravans, and the implementation of special registration initiatives, including house-to-house registration. 
Under the adept guidance of our Chief Statistical Specialist, Engr. Belinda R. Penuela, and in collaboration with PhilSys field personnel and office-based teams, the institutional registration efforts unfolded seamlessly. The success of these endeavors reflects the dedication and meticulous planning undertaken by the PSA-Cotabato Province to meet the registration target set for 2023.
