As of March 31, 2025, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Cotabato Province has successfully registered a total of 1,317,233 individuals for the National ID Registration, translating to 88.37% of the province's total population based on the 2020 Census of Population and Housing (CPH). Remarkably, in terms of the assigned workload target, PSA Cotabato Province has already accomplished an impressive 99.62%, highlighting the team's consistent efforts to meet and even exceed expectations in delivering quality public service.

This achievement is the result of the collective dedication and hard work of PSA field personnel deployed across the various municipalities and the lone city in the province. Each team member played a crucial role in ensuring that residents, especially those in remote and hard-to-reach areas, were given access to National ID services.

Among all areas, Kidapawan City posted the highest registration rate at 97.6%, reflecting the city's strong support and active community engagement. Conversely, the municipality of Pikit recorded the lowest registration rate at 69.1%, indicating the need for intensified registration efforts in the locality.

To reach unregistered individuals, especially in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas (GIDAs), the PSA teams employed various strategic approaches. These included extensive coordination with barangay officials, who played a vital role in mobilizing their communities and disseminating information about registration schedules and venues. Through these partnerships, the teams were able to conduct house-to-house, puroks and sitios registration.

With a 99.62% accomplishment rate based on the targeted workload and continued efforts to reach unregistered populations, PSA Cotabato Province reaffirms its commitment to ensuring that no Filipino is left behind in the implementation of a unified and accessible national identification system.
