The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Cotabato Province officially commenced the 35th Civil Registration Month (CRM) with a grand kick-off motorcade on February 6, 2025. The event began with a registration at 7:30 AM, followed by the formal start of the motorcade at exactly 8:30 AM. 

The event was graced by the presence of various key stakeholders and government representatives, ensuring a well-coordinated and successful motorcade. Leading the way were the personnel from the Traffic Management and Enforcement Unit (TMEU) of Kidapawan City, who served as marshals and route guides, ensuring smooth traffic flow and the orderly progression of the motorcade, the solemnizing officers, Municipal and City Civil Registrars along with their respective Local Civil Registry personnel, and representatives from key National Line Agencies. Among the participating agencies were the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG), PhilHealth, the Social Security System (SSS), and the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS). The event was further graced by personnel from the PSA Regional Statistical Services Office XII (RSSO XII) and PSA Cotabato Province, led by Officer-in-Charge Chief Statistical Specialist (OIC-CSS) Norhayyah A. Tula. 

The motorcade commenced from the PSA office at Dizon J&A Building, Datu Icdang St., Kidapawan City, proceeding along the city's main thoroughfares. It passed through several key locations, including Brgy. Lanao in front of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), looping back to Kidapawan City’s Landmark and concluding at Brookside Hotel where the Opening Ceremony will be conducted. 

The successful execution of the motorcade marked an energetic and vibrant opening of the 35th Civil Registration Month in PSA Cotabato Province. The event not only heightened public awareness of the significance of civil registration but also fostered collaboration among various government agencies and stakeholders.
