SA Cotabato Provincial Statistical Office Conducts Orientation on the Accomplishment of the Barangay Profile Questionnaire (BPQ) and the Local Government Unit Data Sheet for the 2022 Community Based Monitoring System Nationwide Roll-out in M’lang, Cotabato.

The Philippine Statistics Authority – Cotabato Provincial Statistics Office conducted a two-day Orientation on the Accomplishment of the Barangay Profile Questionnaire (CBMS Form 4) and the Municipal LGU Data Sheet (CBMS Form 7). Participants were Barangay Chairmen, Barangay Secretaries and staff of the Municipal Planning and Development Office on June 2-3, 2022 at the Municipal Rooftop Hall of M’lang, Cotabato.
