The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) opened its 70th Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet in Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat on 10 July 2024. It was the 4th outlet established in the region. 

            The inauguration was attended by the National Statistician and Civil Registrar General, Undersecretary Claire Dennis S. Mapa, PhD, Regional Director Atty. Maqtahar L. Manulon, CESO V, Chief Statistical Specialists of SOCCSKSARGEN region, officials of the Provincial Government of Sultan Kudarat, City Government of Tacurong, representatives of different line agencies, Local Civil Registrars of SK, and selected RSSO XII staff. 

            The new outlet will bring essential civil registration services closer to the people of the City of Tacurong and nearby municipalities. Now, clients may transact and request for their civil registry documents, such as birth, marriage, death certificates, and certificate of no marriage (CENOMAR). The requested documents are being processed within the day. 

            This milestone symbolizes the PSA's commitment to continuously providing the highest quality of civil registration services for all Filipinos and improving Civil Registration and Vital Statistics in the country.
