The Philippine Statistics Authority XII conducted the 33rd Civil Registration Month Closing Ceremony on 28 February 2023 at Cinco Ninas, Koronadal City. 

           There are 1,634 local civil registry offices in the Philippines, in which 49 are in Region 12. Each office keeps track of the births, deaths, and marriages of persons who live in their jurisdiction. They were evaluated based on their monthly submission of vital statistics reports, conduct of mobile registration, kasalan ng bayan, response to CRMD feedback, involvement in PSA activities, and office organization.

           The highlight of the program was the awarding of the top 10 Outstanding Local Civil Registrars in each of the provinces and region. 

           The top 10 2022 Outstanding LCROs of SOCCSKSARGEN were as follows: first place was the Municipality of Polomolok, South Cotabato; second place, City of Tacurong, Sultan Kudarat. In 3rd and 4th places are the Municipality of Surallah, South Cotabato and City of Koronadal, respectively. Fifth place was the Municipality of President Quirino, Sultan Kudarat; sixth place, Municipality of Tampakan; seventh place, Municipality of Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat; eighth place, Municipality of Kiamba, Sarangani; ninth place was Municipality of Lake Sebu, South Cotabato and tenth place was the Municipality of  Sen. Ninoy Aquino.
