The PSA-Sultan Kudarat led the Municipal CBMS Coordinating Board (MCCB) convening in LGU-Columbio on January 18, 2024 at the Conference Room, Columbio Municipal Hall, Columbio, Sultan Kudarat. The activity was conducted in preparation for the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System rollout.

This convening was made more possible through Executive Order No. 003, Series of 2024, an order organizing the Municipal Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Coordinating Board in the Municipality of Columbio.

According to the EO, the Municipal Mayor of Columbio, Hon. Tondatu M. Mangudadatu, will serve as the Chairperson of the MCCB and CSS Herlita G. Caraan will serve as the Co-Chairperson.
The convening was presided by MPDC Engr. Rizaldy R. Ayson as designated by the Municipal Mayor Mangudadatu. 

CBMS Provincial Focal Person, SrSS Roselyn G. Fornan, led the discussions on the objectives and importance of the CBMS as well as the role of the MCCB.
