The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) XII conducted the Sequel to the 2023 Regional Planning Workshop (RPW) on 19-20 January 2023 at SG Farm, Tupi, South Cotabato. All PSA XII officials and employees attended the said activity. The activity was conducted to re-orient the personnel of their responsibilities for the attainment of the Work Program and ensue smooth operation.

          In his message, PSA XII Regional Director Atty. Maqtahar L. Manulon, CESO V, said that we need to plan our career and support it with a change in attitude and behavior. He mentioned that we need to prove our worth, capacity, and skills. RD Manulon stressed that we need to be prepared, change our attitude, improve our relationships and always respect one another. He also reminded the staff that for as long as we are in the public service, learn to internalize our role as a public servant, maximize the use of our intelligence, skills and knowledge to deliver our mission to delight the stakeholders.

          The 2023 Work Program and Workload Analysis were presented by SOCD Chief Ms. Ma. Eileen A. Berdeprado for the Statistical Operations and Coordination Division (SOCD) and Registration Officer IV Ms. Shyla Marie M. Deticio for the Civil Registration and Administrative Support Division (CRASD). The Work Program and Workload Analysis will provide the personnel of the assignments that they will handle this 2023. Concerned personnel will be consulted regarding their assignments.

           Discussion of the various categories of the 2023 PSA Awards were explained and the required documents for each category were discussed. New internal and external risks were identified and plans of actions were discussed to strengthen internal and external controls of the office as part of the Risk Registry and Action Plan.
