Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat – In line with Office Memorandum 2025-103 dated 30 April 2025, the Philippine Statistics Authority Region XII held a three-day mid-year performance review and planning workshop from 9-11 July 2025 at the Villa Lalaine Hot and Cold Spring Resort. Officials and staff from the regional and provincial offices gathered to assess accomplishments, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen collaboration toward achieving PSA’s goals for the year.

Regional Director Maqtahar L. Manulon emphasized the importance of evaluating not only the office’s overall performance but also individual and unit-level contributions. He urged staff to recognize not just weaknesses but also good practices that consistently drive success. RD Manulon highlighted the critical role of provincial heads in leading day-to-day operations, solving problems, and implementing agency plans. He acknowledged everyone's hard work and encouraged the team to move forward with unity, clarity, and determination.

Key presentations included reports on major accomplishments through an audio-visual presentation, the revised second semester work program, workload analysis, the Opportunity Registry and Risk Registry Action Plan, and updates on financial and physical accomplishments. Discussions also covered human resource matters and various office innovations.

Participants also attended an orientation on the PSA Strategic Plan 2023–2028 and a session on laws and regulations facilitated by a representative from the Land Transportation Office (LTO) XII. The event wrapped up with evening socials, games, and prize-giving, which added a fun and engaging element to the activity.
