Pursuant to the recommendation of Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) sub-Technical Working Group on Data Analytics to the Office of the President on the classification of Provinces, Highly Urbanized Cities (HUCs) and Independent Component Cities (ICCs) with moderate and low risks areas of infection from Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) as provisionally approved to be under modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) and general community quarantine (GCQ) beginning 01 June 2020 (IATF Resolution No. 40), the general public is hereby informed of the following:

Civil Registration System (CRS) Outlets of the Philippine Statistics Authority situated in areas that have already been classified under provisional MGCQ and GCQ shall be open to provide frontline services for the processing of requests for copy issuance of civil registry documents {Birth, Marriage, Death certificates, and Certification of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) or Advisory on Marriage/s} beginning 08 June 2020 subject to the current MGCQ and GCQ rules.

Moreover, CRS Outlets in MGCQ and GCQ areas shall also begin to accept applications for PSA-issued documents thru Batch Requests System (BREQS) filed at local government units (LGUs) and SM Business Centers.

Clients are also encouraged to file their applications for PSA-issued documents online via http://www.psaserbilis.com.ph. Please note that processing and delivery of documents in certain areas classified under high- to moderate-risk GCQ areas may take longer.
