In compliance with President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s Proclamation No. 929 and 922 (s. 2020) and Republic Act No. 11332 and in view of the increase in the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases throughout the country, the general public is hereby informed that the Philippine Statistics Authority adopts the following actions relevant to the imposition of Enhanced Community Quarantine and Stringent Social Distancing Measures nationwide:

1. Closure of frontline services of all Civil Registration System (CRS) outlets nationwide to the transacting public for the processing of requests for copy issuance of civil registry documents {Birth, Marriage and Death certificates as well as Certification of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) or Advisory on Marriage/s} until 14 April 2020.
   
2. Online application of civil registry documents via http://www.psaserbilis.com.ph is likewise temporarily closed effective 17 March 2020 until further notice.
   
3. Acceptance of application for PSA-issued documents thru Batch Requests System (BREQS) at Local Government Units (LGUs) and SM Business Centers in malls nationwide is also temporary unavailable until further notice.
   
4. The following hotline numbers will be available for inquiries and requests for assistance on civil registration matters via text messages from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
