The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) XII enjoins the public to cooperate and support the conduct of the March 2025 round Labor Force Survey (LFS) with rider Jobs and Skills Survey (JSS).

The authority and mandate of the PSA to conduct the said survey emanated from Article 5, Rule 4 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 10625, otherwise known as the Philippine Statistical Act of 2013, stipulating that the Philippine Statistics Authority is primarily responsible for all national censuses and surveys, sectoral statistics, consolidation of selected administrative recording systems and compilation of national accounts.

The Jobs and Skills Survey aims to provide comprehensive data on employment, job quality, and skills while the Labor Force Survey aims to provide high frequency data on the Philippine labor market. This is to be better monitor and understand the current job situation and economy in the Philippines. The results of the LFS serve as basis for planning, developing policies and implementing programs to create gainful employment and bolster livelihood opportunities for Filipinos.

The enumeration period will start on March 8 and will end in March 28, 2025 including Saturdays.

All stakeholders in the region, especially sample households are enjoined to support the March 2025 Labor Force Survey and Jobs and Skills Survey.
