YEAR-ON-YEAR INFLATION RATES Headline inflation rate or the year-on-year change on the prices of goods and services in the market basket in the province of Sultan Kudarat rose to 5.7 percent in November 2022 from 4.9 percent in October 2022. The November 2022 Inflation Rate is lower than the regional and national figures. In November of the previous year, inflation was lower at 3.5 percent. Inflation rate for All Items from January to November averaged at 4.9 percent.
