SOCCSKSARGEN’s Gross capital formation and Household final consumption expenditure post highest growths
SOCCSKSARGEN’s Gross capital formation posted the highest growth among the expenditure items with 6.5 percent. It was followed by Household final consumption expenditure with 5.5 percent, and Government final consumption expenditure with 3.4 percent. Meanwhile, Exports of goods and services and Imports of goods and services experienced contractions of 18.5 percent and 4.5 percent, respectively.
The per capita HFCE of the region in 2023 was estimated at PhP 96,699, higher than the PhP 92,680 recorded in 2022. It was about PhP 39,547 lower than the national level of P136,247.
