The main resource person is National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) XII Regional Director Arturo G. Valero, PhD. Atty. Maqtahar L. Manulon, PSA XII Regional Director, will present the highlights of the 2016 economic performance of the region.Guests include Ms. Reinelda P.
