Pursuant to Republic Act 11055 series of 2018 otherwise known as the Philippine Identification System Act, the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office (PSA RSSO) XII informs the Public that PhilSys registration for children ages 0-4 years old has started on 15 February 2024. 

As part of the procedure of the registration, the parents/guardians of the child must be PhilSys registered with PhilSys Card Number (PCN). This is to link the data of the child and the parents/guardian. 

The requirements needed for PhilSys registration below 5 years old are only the PSA/LCR Birth Certificate and the presence of the guardian and its PhilID/ePhilID card to register to PhilSys. Filipinos who wish to register with their children to PhilSys can head to any fixed registration center.
