PSA-Sultan Kudarat Enjoins Support for 2019 Civil Registration Month The Philippine Statistics Authority – Sultan Kudarat Provincial Office (PSA-SK) in partnership with the City/Municipal Civil Registry Offices (C/MCROs) in Sultan Kudarat Province will spearhead the 2019 Civil Registration Month (2019 CRM) this February 2019 with the theme, "Inclusive and responsive CRVS: Working smarter through innovation.” The annual celebration is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 682 s. 1991 “Declaring the Month of February of Every Year as Civil Registration Month” which aimed to remind the Filipinos of their duty to register acts and events concerning status of persons, enhance nationwide awareness and appreciation of the legal, administrative and statistical values of civil registry documents. To make 2019 CRM Celebration more festive and significant in the Province of Sultan Kudarat, the PSA-Sultan Kudarat Provincial Office will be conducting the following activities: 1. Opening Ceremony on February 6, 2019; 2. Visits to City/Municipal Civil Registry Offices; 3. Hanging of streamers; 4. Preparation and distribution of IEC materials on civil registration such as primer, press release, special release and infographics; 5. Information dissemination in secondary schools; 6. Infographics Contest; 7. Civil Registration Quiz; and 8. Participation to activities of City/Municipal Civil Registry Offices, among others.
