Population of the province of South Cotabato is 915,289

 As of August 1, 2015, the population of South Cotabato is 915,289 based on the Census of Population (POPCEN 2015).

 The total population of South Cotabato accounted for about 20.14 percent of Region XII population in 2015.

 The 2015 population is higher by 88,089 compared with the population of 827,200 in 2010, and higher by 224,561 compared with the population of 690,728 in 2000. Refer to Table 1.
