Sultan Kudarat
The Philippine Statistics Authority-Fraud Management Division (PSA-FMD) together with the Philippine Statistics Authority-Sultan Kudarat Provincial Office (PSA-SK) successfully concluded a three-day on-site fact-gathering operation from June 3-5, 2025, in connection with an incident report concerning an alleged fraudulent civil registry document in Sultan Kudarat Province. The document in question was reportedly used in an attempt to register within the National ID System.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Cotabato Province actively participated in the Two-Day Mobile Registration activity spearheaded by the Office of the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) of Midsayap, under the leadership of OIC-Municipal Civil Registrar Philline C. Cadungog, MPA. The event, held on May 29–30, 2025 at the 2nd Floor of the Mega Market, Barangay Poblacion 1, Midsayap, Cotabato, was a collaborative effort aimed at bringing essential government services closer to the people, particularly those residing in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas.
