The January 2020 the Consumer Expectation Survey (CES) is to be undertaken, in collaboration with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), in 56 provinces representing all regions except BARMM. Starting this round, the enumeration will be using Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI). The enumeration is scheduled on 29 January – 08 February 2020.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) XII will conduct the Regional Dissemination Forum on the Full Year 2018 Official Poverty Statistics on 30 January 2020 at Royal Ballroom, East Asia Royale Hotel, National Highway Lagao, General Santos City. This half-day activity aims to disseminate to the general public the highlights of the Full Year 2018 Poverty Statistics in SOCCSKSARGEN Region. Registration will start at 8:00 AM.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) XII recently concluded its 2019 Midyear Performance Review and General Assembly last July 24 – 26, 2019 at Elai Resort, Hotel and Recreation Center, Kidapawan City aboard the Mt. Apo Aircraft Function Hall. The activity aims to assess the accomplishments of PSA XII for the first semester of 2019, identify and provide solutions for setbacks, adjust goals for the second semester as a result of the review of OPCR, evaluate and give feedback to the overall performance of PSA XII. The activity also aims to serve as a venue for exchange of ideas, promote camaraderie and strengthen bond among employees of PSA XII.

In view of the celebration of the 30th National Statistics Month (NSM) in October with the theme, “Data Innovation: Key to a Better Nation,” the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is now calling for entries to the 9th NSM Media Awards (NSMMA). This award aims to recognize the significant role and contribution of the media in promoting and popularizing official statistics from the Philippine Statistical System through news and features.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is currently conducting the 2018 Family Income and Expenditure Survey Visit 2 (2018 FIES V2). It is a rider survey to the 2019 January Labor Force Survey (LFS). Sultan Kudarat Province has a total sample of 1,425 households from 96 primary sampling units/Enumeration Areas, which is deemed sufficient to provide provincial level estimates. Fifty Five (55) Statistical Researchers and Field Personnel are deployed in the conduct of the 2018 FIES V2 province wide
