The Province of Cotabato has recorded 23,766 live births by place of occurrence for year 2019. As shown in figure 1 below there is a slight increase by 0.15 percent from January to December 2018 compared to January to December of 2019.

The total number of registered marriages that occurred in the province for year 2019 was 4,692 as shown in Figure 1. A decrease by 15.51% was observed against registered marriages of 5,553 in 2018. Moreover out of the total recorded marriages in 2019, 4,364 or 93 percent were timely registered while only 328 or 7 percent were late registered.

Registered Deaths in the Province of Cotabato has Increased by 9.91 Percent. The province of Cotabato has recorded a total of 7,363 registered deaths by Usual Residence and 6,824 registered deaths by Place of Occurrence for year 2019. It is an implication that there were residents of Cotabato who died outside their place of usual residence.
